Title: The Defacto New Obama Tax

It is being reported that Obama is going to raise corporate tax by executive orders.  Can he do that?  It appears the order would state any corporation that use a certain tax loophole could not get a federal contract.  This could work as already such restrictions are used. 10th of all business dealings involve the federal government.

He really likes taxing poors. Cig tax, green energy, Obama taxes, un/underemployment. It's quite amazing any of them have remained loyal.
