The artist who painted Bill Clinton's official portrait omitted his wedding ring and included a shadow of "the blue dress." It's on the mantel to the left. That, combined with his stance. :lol:

At first I laughed, then I realized that many of the kiddos here were born after Reagan. I guess it's no wonder our country is going to crap.
