Title: CBI
Post by: bones129 on March 01, 2015, 01:53:00 AM
If we assume that the Cats don't reach the NCAA (extremely likely) or NIT (very likely), should we accept an invitation to the CBI if offered?

One of the beat writers said we aren't interested in one of the pay to play tournaments if we don't make the NCAA or NIT.

I heard that as well.   Someone was on 810, can't remember who, and said that they spoke with "KSU administration," and there is no interest in any tournaments beyond the NCAA and NIT.

We wouldn't get selected to the cit, they only select mid majors for that one. As for the cbi, is it pay to play or simply a ticket guarantee?
