Oklahoma lawmakers did not vote to ban anything.  A small group of people voted to pass a piece of legislation out of committee to potentially be voted on by Oklahoma lawmakers.

Yeah because Oklahoma is looking so moderate.  Note where it passed overwhelmingly and AP faces other threats from lawsuits.
