He averages 4-12 shooting per game. When I see someone's statline and it says 4-12 I usually think meh, not the best of games. In conclusion, Angel is averaging not the best of games per game.

sad.  i've always held onto the belief that once a cat always a cat, i guess that some folks around here don't feel that way.  a very squawk-like attitude, to be sure.

I'm indifferent w/ what Angel does. Good for him if he does, oh well if he doesn't. He left, time to move on. It doesn't make you a jackass for not keeping up with ex's. Some ppl like to move on. Sounds like some of you would love to help some of your ex's at their weddings. Very odd.

It was great to watch. It's the swagger that I miss. It'd be easier to not miss him if I felt we had a guard with his mentality.

^how do you make the picture move like that?

Gooch has to hold the other end and we coordinate when to shake it.

No, just googling puerto rico flag gif or something to that effect and picking one.  I wanted the entire screen of this youtube video that came up when I searched, so it could be the flag on seahawks green, but my main administrator knowledge only gets me so far.

I was happy for Angel.  I enjoyed watching him play last night.   That still doesn't change the fact that he's a huge FP, but sometimes that fact needs to be set aside.

First team All-ACC at the guard positions is going to be a tough draw this year. If he gets his degree this year, I could see him going pro. Kinda of his MO, IMO.

Wow,,,,, such tough talk, I suspect you weren't a communications major and that is a big assumption on my part, that you did go to college. More like, hang in there, almost everyone passes 8th grade.

As for a player on the bench, Nigel Johnson spends more time there than the floor. Take a look at his stats sometime, assists and steals. Would rather have him.

It's difficult for some to hide the mindset that individuals are bigger than the school.

These are the same people who, while they'll deny it, still want to hold Weber accountable for Little Ms. Homesick aka ArT the FP (which doesn't detract from the fact that he's pretty good a basketball, even though he still makes some really dumb mistakes sometimes) transferring from K-State.   They'll say that they don't . . . but they really do.

ArT a joyful 0 for 8 with 4 TO's as the Jackets are going in dry.

5-35 his last 4 games, 15%  :Woot: (not even gonna hide my joy anymore)

Jevon > Angel

I never got the love for him when he was at KSU. He was "supposed" to be good so he had the green light to chuck.) His per 40 assist/to is just a little better than Jevon.

Post by: sonofdaxjones on January 29, 2015, 06:05:00 AM

Actually in the last 4 games he's 5 for 37 from the field (.135).   5 for 26 from behind the arc (.192).

STD as compared to his last season at K-State all of his shooting %'s are trending lower.

ArT will rebound, but it just goes to show that even now he's erratic as hell.

Erratically bad.

But hey lets love this chucker who quit and hate the guy who committed to and gave his all to KSU while breaking some passing records.

Angel is a joy to watch (and makes his team much better) even when he isn't making field goals.

"The fans can't expect consistency if they're not even consistent with the support they show us," Rodriguez said Monday.

"At Miami, you have to win in order for fans to come," said Rodriguez, who lived in Miami in high school and is well aware of the Hurricanes' attendance-challenged history.

"But to tell you the truth, I thought we won a lot of good games and did enough for fans to come and support us. Yes, we have some up and downs, but we've showed signs we can be a really good team. We deserve to have a better amount of fans. It's kind of disappointing."

I like them (non-basketball), 7-point scale:

Jevon: 5
Nigel: -1
Angel: 9

By speed up I think he means foul the crap out of Angel with no call while Angel slightly touches VanVleet and gets whistled for it and then Angel gets mad about it.

Angels efficiencies are down compared to his year under oscar.

He plays on a much better and more balanced team ..

So what do we do if Brad loses by 30 to West Virginia and Angel's career ends at the hands of WSU? There are going to be a lot of hurt feelings here if (when?) that happens.
