As you all know I am a bit of a guitarista, but I haven't had a chance to use the axe in a while. Last night I dusted "Alyssa" off and laid down a few licks. Lemme know what you think. Be brutally honest: do I still have it?

Thought this thread was about whether or not you use a shredder to cut up important personal/financial information containing documents before throwing away. (I don't, just rip it up a bunch but no machine)

I forgot to put in my contacts today so when I opened this I thought I was reading a thread about sledding. Got all excited by the title, didn't even really read the rest of the thread before hopping on an elite flight to MHK. Upon arriving, I went to my rents' house and dragged all my cold-weather gear out of the crawl space, put it on, and had my dad drive me out to Cico Hill. Now I am just up here in my snowsuit sweating my balls off and texting the update to this thread, looking forlornly at the diving board and wondering if they're gonna fill the pool up today so I can cool off with a dip. Boy, what a day. :embarrassed:

Yeah for a while, we were called Turtles vs Shredder. We did a lot of glam covers and some of our own crap. Opened once for Poison Overdose (the preeminent Poison cover band in the world). Had to quit, the rock life was killing me.

also you get a little loose on some of those runs, the only thing that is saving you is that distortion. normally this is where i would say it is one of the worst sounding distortions ever, but i recognize there is an entire following of guitar players that love this metallic sound on the highs and muddied lows. to me the whole sound of it is techie and i can't stand it, but agree to disagree.
did like the bit you did with the delay.
