For Del Miller, the co-coordinator who handles K-State’s quarterbacks, Klein’s quick release from an NFL camp was unsettling.
“I’m disappointed Collin didn’t get that opportunity,’’ said Miller, “because there are certainly some, maybe not starters but backups, who he could play much better than. I get upset for the kids’ sake, but not for my sake. I’m not about trying to get guys in the NFL.”
