#Baylor's LaceDarius Dunn to hold 5p conference in Waco to announce return or heading for #NBA draft. #Udohpart2 #big12
-
jfc, that soab is taunting us.
-
He's Dunn.
-
He's Dunn.
BOOM!
-
He's Dunn.
:D
-
Turning into a two team race for the Big XII next season. Mizzou might be just too young to take the trophy from us though....
-
Someone call up Joey Brackets. I want a new pre-preseason bracketology to take and run with. :cheese:
-
K-State the new 1-seed in the pre-pre-pre-season bracket??
-

You know what's not a real name? Answer: LaceDarius is not a real name.
What a nerd.
-
jfc, that soab is taunting us.

Keeps them in Top 20 for sure with addition of Perry Jones RT @dgoneil1: LaceDarius Dunn's decision to return certainly helps Baylor a bunch

Frickin tired of the Perry Jones mentions in everything Baylor related. Ekpe declares....what about playing with Perry Jones?? Dunn stays....that's good for Perry Jones and Baylor!
Hey, Perry Jones. Why don't you just fill out those transfer papers now? Just to get them out of the way... :)
Enjoy obscurity in a few years, dumbass. You're going to play at Baylor
-
I suppose we need a team to challenge us for the big 12 title next year. Look what happened to KU this year.
-
for some reason I see Jones being the next DeAndre Jordan. Nothing really to base this off..
-
Probably hard for LD to leave knowing how very close they were this past year from taking the 'ship away from KSU. :dunno:
-
ESPNAndyKatz How about self-important quote from Baylor's LaceDarius Dunn: "I knew everybody was holding their breath wondering what I was going to do."

-
This is part of the Baylor tradition.
Uhmm....yeah OK.
And why hold a news conference just to tell people you are coming back. Seems stupid.
-
LaceDarius Dumb-ass.
-
Who cares about Dunn now? Without Udoh Baylor is drastically worse.
-
Darius will Lace them up next season. He's not Dunn yet.

You would think that in this day and age when a young man makes the decision to return to school it would be celebrated. And what better way to celebrate than with a press conference about something positive for a change. But then I read the comments in this thread and am really disappointed in the fans on this site. All the harsh words, name calling, and negativity, sheesh. I bet Dunn's family and the fine community of Waco are extremely proud of young LaceDarius for choosing to continue his education at Baylor.

Am I missing the italics?
-
they're going to be good.
:frown:
-
they're going to be good.
:frown:
Yeah.
I'm hoping somehow they have issues most of the year like they did 08-09.

Am I missing the italics?
:peek:

I say again: the loss of Udoh will hurt considerably. Take heart, sys!

don't fool yourself, kougs. it will hurt more in the end, than if you accept it now

Nah, I'm right.
Udoh was crucial because he took pressure off of the guards. Our post depth already wore Baylor down before he left so I have confidence there. Loosing Carter is huge for them too, because now it will be mostly just Dunn and I doubt Jones will be enough to put them in the top 3 of the Big12 next year.

It will all depend on how Jones does. And Carter is a pretty big loss.
This is like us losing Clemente AND Kelly. Not just Clemente. That would be big for us.
-
udoh had a huge role for that team. carter was very important too. none of that is the point. the point is that they have a ridiculous number of very talented players.
totally different team, but will be good.
-
Perry Jones will probably be fantastic.
-
Perry Jones will probably be fantastic.
yes, it's all but inevitable.
-
Or Lace could turn into Aaron oscar 2 and they could meltdown much of the year like 08-09. Just sayin'.
-
yeah, the oscar thing was weird.
