shock.   my bro broke his ankle (compund fracture) and his boot was flat on the ground, and so was he.    Didn't freak out at all, we were all   :eek:  :sdeek:  :barf: :Stretcher: :Stretcher:

If those refs had gotten that fumble recovery replay right, Shelly would still be walking.

I still haven't gone back to look, nor do I plan to, but in the replay, it looked like Danzel's left arm was down and out of bounds right after the ball came out.  The ball then bounced a little and hit his leg while his left arm was still on the ground out of bounds.  This, IMO, is why the ruling was what it was.  Not because the ref was so blind that after a min of replay couldn't see that Danzel was sitting up and not out of bounds when grabbing the ball with his hands. 

I hope I am not treading on too much of your butthurt today, but I think they got the call right= Keeping the limp.

Yeah, that was my take, too. You can't touch the ball when you are out of bounds. You don't have to possess the football to be out of bounds.
