Title: Thanksgiving deserts
Post by: slucat on November 25, 2014, 09:37:59 AM
All but the cupcakes will be made from scratch. I'm not doing two cheesecakes because I don't have two springform pans.

I am about the worst speller on the planet but I remember that one as well as "the principal is your pal" when it came down to principal v. principle.

I am a horrible speller, and debated on the two s's...

tell me more about the pumpkin sugar cookies with cream cheese frosting

A soft sugar cookie recipe with a cup of pumpkin, so it's not overwhelmingly pumpkin. Cream cheese, butter, confectionery sugar and vanilla for the frosting.  The frosting helps keep them moist.  I made them for a bake sale at mini-176's preschool. They were the first things gone.

I am pretty sure it isn't.  Let me check the ole Oxford dicto.......nope, it's spelled pie with an "e".

Looks like you were wrong chump.  Next time maybe you think twice before stepping up to The Professor.
