Holler at me.

I'll be moving out of my 2 bdr apt after graduation and am looking to sublease the place to someone else. $650/ month all bills paid (including internet and cable), on-site laundry. 2 blocks SE of Aggieville. Basement apt.

Lease runs through July.

bonus: you get to share an alley with Metalhead and could PAK with him and sometimes go to #batcat games with him.

P.S. Nicname, I don't like that we're not going to be neighbors anymore, but I understand.
