Title: The Vomit Vote
Post by: renocat on October 18, 2014, 07:26:48 PM
I am a red dog Republican.  If it is a conservative, I will vote for it,  However we have some clunker candidates.  Kobach is an embarassment.  Huelskamp has the brain power of a prairie dog, and Pat, love him, has run out of gas.  But with Obama and Old Bastard Reid in power I have to vote conservative.  So I will cast a vomit vote - mark your ballot, go outside and barf, then find a priest to confesss to,  and for self tortue pluck out 25 manhood hairs.   Being a conservative can be tough sometimes.

Another good thread title. I thought it would be about Ebola issue voters.

you can take comfort in knowing that your individual vote doesn't really matter

Do you realize how illogical that comment is? I guess not.

I feel the same way, but I will probably vote against those 'pubs because I always vote for whoever is the better person.

there are enough mouth breathing straight r voters in KS that neither voting for or against these vomit pubs will make a difference

These are all going to be close votes. I can't think of another Kansas election where your vote would matter so much in so many races.

I hope you're right, but I just don't see it happening

Huelskamp probably won't be close. His twitter prowess just resonates with the voters too much. Kobach and Roberts are going to be in close races, though.

Oh - so your comment doesn't apply to any of them?

Here's a hint - assuming your vote is physically counted, it counts.

Not quite - I was simply pointing out that election results are nothing more than the aggregate of a bunch of single votes. Voting matters.

Who is better for Kansas, Hulelskamp or a prairie dog? Pubs should be voting against that hack.

"...the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it...It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection..."
~George Washington's Farewell Address (1796)

I almost never have to vomit after voting, due to my strict policy of voting against any incumbent.

That's the same as being a democrat party line voter in Kansas.

I voted for Gary, too. He was clearly the best man for the job. It's just too bad this country full of fat slobs couldn't realize it.

As a staunch Republican who would vote for a dog peeter flea if labeled Republican over a Democrat, I am slowly getting queasy thinking I might have to vote for WUD.  Please Rubio or Bush do something!!!  Please all of the runt hog candidates trying to suck the last political teat, quit.  I don't want to vomit after voting.
