I donated time and money to Romney/Ryan 2012. But generally, as much as I'd like to, I don't have the kind of scratch to aid candidates financially in a meaningful way.

When approached by some old lady, outside a grocery store, who was looking to get a signature to get Orman on the ballot, I donated the time it took to provide my signature because "he likes dogs, and crap".

Did you donate during the primary, or did you wait until we knew who the candidate would be?

I usually find my worst enemies and see where they donate there money and who they are voting for and exactly offset their donations/votes and send them a receipt and picture of me doing so.

My mom gave $20 bucks to the  dem party a few years ago and now they blow her up weekly to  ask for more. She really regrets it.

The parliamentary system doesn't seem to work so hot either.

General election. Romney didn't need any help in the primary, but he was always my preferred candidate. I've been on board since the 2008 primaries.
