When I buy in bulk, Georgia Arms makes great ammo, usually at a competitive price. You do have to pay shipping, though.

Wound it heavily first, though. Can't have that little guy scurrying away while the 5y/o shoots at it, like a dozen times, through tears and stuff.

.22LR is a bitch to find at a reasonable price, especially at the big box stores. There's a lot of hoarding going on and fat Rambo wannabes are hanging out at those places all day just waiting for a new shipment to come in. Localg gun stores are usually a sure bet to have some. You'll pay a little more per round but at least the little rug rats will have something to shoot.
