I noticed during the halftime show there was a male flag twirler. What gives?
-
Hey you. You take that outlook back to the Auburneo forums!!!
-
Just a guy who loves his purple wild wildkatz and wants to contribute to the game day experience.
-
You homophobe
-
Good grief, what a horrible fanbase. Do you want to know about those "colored guys" we have on our team too?
-
kid is a rivals top100 flag twirler recruit. glad to see him performing to his potential out there. I think he may lead these twirlers to a run at the title.

Pfft, the walk-on from Norton will take his spot before the Texas game.

Do you give aTm a hard time about their all male cheerleaders? HMMM?!?! :dubious:
-
Guys with pom-poms think he is elite.

I remember back before the color guard had mandatory 2-a-days and there was this one girl who was supposed to be jumping while raising/lowering her flag but she would get tired so she would just stand there and raise/lower her flag while everyone else around her continued jumping.
Glad to see they got that turned around. Program has come a long way.

i was taking a leak in the aggieville quick shop and they had the Flag Team Strength Club poster up on the wall. I was amazed at the raw squat and bench numbers these youngsters are putting up

I'm assuming we are talking about the flag drill team and not the Color Guard which presents the American glad for the National Anthem. If so, we have had a long string of flag guys (PC version of the slur used earlier).

How does one get into flag twirling to begin with? I don't recall this being a choice when I picked flag football over soccer.

I think it's more of a calling than a choice. The heart wants what the heart wants type of thing.

I have friends in the band that I wanted to hang out with and go to games with. I can see where this may be difficult for people without friends to relate to.

My source says he joined to party with classy cats
