Somebody who gets roundly criticized for not living in Kansas going after his opponent for living in Johnson County just doesn't make much sense. I enjoyed the mail in vote - it allowed me to do research at home on candidates in lesser known races that impact me. I think it will help with voter turnout, which Republicans seem to hate for some reason.
We don't hate higher voter turnout per se. We hate the Dems' machine style farming of zombie votes and outright fraud which is sadly a part of higher "voter" (and I use that term loosely) turnout. Statewide vote by mail makes these tactics much easier.
