Jake Waters is the correct answer, TLBL after him.

Waters/Lockett are the no brainer choices.
Finney and Whitehair are probably next up on offense. But they are definitely a notch lower than Lockett and Waters.

Whitehair is the only guy I don't think we can replace. Yea Tyler is our best player but depth at WR is far better. I don't think losing Waters would be crippling either.
