Title: Questions about SFA
Post by: aggie_station on August 25, 2014, 05:42:34 AM
Is there an actual campus or is it an online school?
If Sam Houston played SFA, who would win?
If there is a campus is SFA located in Austin?
Will they bring as many fans as North dakotie state?
Will we beat the 36 plus point spread?
Why are they call lumber jacks? All there is in Texas is Mesquite. Paul Bunyan would laugh at that over grown weed of a tree.

Don't expect much, k-state fans think we are a D2 cream puff, some are not even counting us on their schedule in their predictions.

Most are just saying they hope to have their walk-ons playing before halftime.

Posted on goEMAW.com had fun with it because I knew they would not take me serious being a SFA fan.

Got 120 replies though, had to keep it going, but no respect at all for the Jacks.

They love Brad Underwood though and hope he is their BB coach soon.

I wonder if they were this arrogant before the North Dakota State game last season?

No SFA campus in Austin, however there is a H(o)uston Tillotson University in Austin, and Sam Houston State is closer to College Station than Houston.  What a world (state) we live in!

I have a cousin that was dating a guy from Stephen F Austin.  She said that they do a "Watermelon Day" where the administration gives watermelon to students.  Apparently this tradition started when former University President Boynton was told he had to integrate his university and so he gave out watermelons to be super racist and mean.

SFA fan, why don't you guys get rid of this racist tradition?

SFA Watermelon Bash tomorrow

The Student Government Association would like to invite the entire campus to an annual summer tradition, the SFA Watermelon Bash. This event will be held at the SFA Statue and begin at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 20. We will continue serving up cold watermelon, sodas and hot dogs while supplies last. Join members of the Student Government Association and Student Affairs Program staff as they celebrate the summer. This event is free and open to all. For more information, please call (936) 468-1018.

Hey SD, maybe you can help end this racist tradition by meeting these folks by their SFA statue next year?   :dunno:

Here's a question.  Why is SFA's campus so dangerous they have to sell officially licensed rape whistles on their athletic website?

Item description:
Whether you’re leading a group of Stephen F Austin Lumberjacks fans to the stadium or just trying to grab someone’s attention, this whistle keychain will do the trick.    :sdeek:
