Earlier this summer, OSU athletic department officials discovered the recent graduation of student-athlete from the 1990s, which resulted in the addition of a delayed graduation point to push the Cowboys above the threshold for restrictions.

holy crap, why isn't every school with a low APR recruiting old dumbasses to come back and finish their communications degrees? or are they? I hope we are.

If OSU could somehow actually beat OU on a regular basis there is no reason these guys can't run this show.

-Billionaire backer who actually invests in the school, check
-Young and loyal I'm a man head coach who can recruit, check
-Ability to loophole the system, check
-Figured out that the OU game lasts 60 minutes not 58 or 59, yeah not so much.

So they "found" another graduate?  Good for them.  (I wonder if this so called graduate actually possesses his diploma).  You know, UNC will be able to boast a higher APR if any of their former student athletes ever come back to capitalize on North Carolina's offer to allow them to come back and "legitimately" finish their degrees.  That's right, Julius Peppers can finally finish his major in African Cultural Studies.
