I am overseas, and I have a computer at my home in MHK that I want to remote control.
I am running a program (gambling client) that I'm not sure what kind of technology they have to detect this type of stuff, but I don't want them to know I am remote connecting.
So far a solution is running vmware and teamviewer on the MHK computer, then running the client inside.
ME -----remote connection ------{**MHK computer** + vm ware + teamviewer} ------- {**VM OS** gambling client}
My friend says TCP connections are still detectable and I will have additional ones carrying the same traffic.
Is there any other way, or does this sound safe? Could I hide the TCP connections? I don't know much, help me break some rules MCMW

VMWare does nothing for you, IMO. Also it would be pretty difficult for them to detect the originating connection.

I know that the program can detect processes and take screenshots, teamviewer always has something that shows its on.

Ah - so the gambling application is basically a virus. Good luck.
In that case VMWare or any other hypervisor may work.

No actual traceable data between your MHK computer and the gambling client's host server makes its way to your overseas computer.... from the perspective of any sort of overseas sysadmin the only traffic they'd be able to see is data going over whatever port VMWARE runs on.
Gamble away as far as network sniffing you're safe. If you're doing this on like a public work station, however, theres no telling what else might be installed on that machine... I knew people that would setup scripts to take screenshots and save them to a share drive, so they could check in on what whoever was on the computer was looking at 5 minute increments...
