So last night I was thinking about K-State football of days past and all of the stud bosses to play for the wild wildcats. One that stood out to me (maybe because it he is recent, whatever) was that time when Arthur Brown killed that guy from OU. Man that was great.
And of course John Hubert flexing.

while maybe not as impressive of a hit, I liked it when AB chipped (flat knocked him on his ass) the Baylor RB coming out of the backfield on a pass play and then ran down RG3 as he tried to run with it. :surprised:
I crossed paths with Kevin Lockett today in my building. Just so many memories, guys!

Nah, I'm talking about the OU wideout that was on a crossing route and ABJr murdered him. I remember watching the broadcast and they automatically assumed it was an illegal hit and put up the FLAG graphic. It was legal and The Judge committed a justifiable homicide.

Daniel Thomas and William Powell completely owning UCLA in '10
'03 Big 12 champ game right after OU scored that early TD, my mom coming in and saying "They won't score again" and SHE WAS RIGHT. :sdeek: :lynchmob:

Same game, not as exciting of a play, but Voelkers batted pass at the line of scrimmage to seal the W for us.

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5Sreu2Uip6sAt a restaurant on the way home from Dallas that night, I went full tuck and told my bro-in-law to stop bitching about BK and that they all worked harder than anyone else and they wanted to win that game more than anyone else.
Limestone and I were partying our asses off in the stands when this occurred.
Later, we both wept. Like men.
Ell's pump fake bomb to James Terry vs OU in Arrowhead.
1. Sproles pulling that Nub defender into the endzone all little engine that could like.
2. Sproles juking the USC defenders and having one take out 2 others. That was pretty bad ass.
3. I can't believe the 99 hit on the KU QB hasn't been mentioned.
4. Or when Ochs sacked Crouch in '98 and the Nubbs tried to say he got his facemask. Clearly it was clean.
5. Hernandez TD catch against North Texas to win
6. Senior Locketts TD against Cincinnati
7. Goal line hit by a Mario Smith against TT to seal the deal.
The good ol' days
#5. I was staining our covered patio and listening to the game on the radio. dobberDad was moving big round hay bales off the alfalfa field. At the end of the game, he drove home and got out of the tractor saying, "what it is! What it is! What it is!"T's & P's Dobber; mine passed at the beginning of our greatest season ever.
Probably my favorite memory of my Dad. :tears:
Gonna win 'em all!
One of my favorite games, because while K-State wasn't all that good that year, and look like a complete cluster for much of the game on offense, they came back and tore MU's heart out at the end.
