also Weird Science would be more relevant than Red Dawn

evidence: Anthony Michael Hall, Robert Downey Jr, directed by John Hughes

easily Pretty in Pink.

Heavily features some the most pud members of the brat pack (Molly Ringwald, Jon Cryer) and only Spader from the stud group (Emilio, Judd, Lowe, Demi) is in it sparingly.

I'm just waiting for someone to talk smack on Red Dawn.  Patiently

i'm assuming you made this poll as "which is the least favorite" because if it was "which is the favorite" then breakfast club would win.

the scene where Lowe goes back to hang out at the frat alone makes it better than most of the movies on this list

firmly out of the pud group but not in the stud.  PIP would be a much better movie if any of the stud group would of played his role.

you can try and hide behind "it doesn't really belong on this list" excuse but you still need to own it

It doesn't belong on the list. I voted it down. Admittedly, an unAmerican thing to do considering the holiday. No regrets though

On this list it's: Red Dawn > The Outsiders > The Breakfast Club

St. Elmo's has the best cast, this thread has already established Billy Hicks as the best character.  I am not sure you can get any more empirical than that.

Breakfast Club could be the GOAT High School movie tho

The correct answer is Pretty in Pink fuckers.

The Breakfast Club is the best, which is what we should be voting about. Who votes for worst? What if you haven't seen 2 of them?

The Breakfast Club is third best on that list. It's probably the best actual brat pack film, though.

I have only seen Red Dawn, Breakfast Club, and whichever one has Jon Cryer as Ducky.

Pretty in Pink had such a horrible plot.

How did those kids fall in love?  I don't know.  They went on, what, one date?

It made no sense.

the pretty in pink soundtrack is worth watching what otherwise would be considered a top 10 movie of all time.  great flick.
