My list of things I want ADJC to accomplish before he a) leaves us to go to a bigger better more sec-y school or b) signs a super secret double backdoor deal and screws us KITN style

(In order I want them accomplished)

1. Start construction on b-ball practice facility (OoD Jr. ???)
2. Find GOOD replacement for snydz in 2-3 years, IT'S PATTERSON part deux
3. Balance the books, and leave the athletic department in good financial standing (i'm not an accountingy type so I'm not sure what this means, anybody with HAIQ, can help out here)
4. Fire deb and hire a much cheaper replacement, that keeps expectations low for estroball into the far future

I'll list my facilities stuff, and since we live in not the greatest economic times, I have eliminated things like more suites at the football stadium and a 2nd stadium club.   

1.  Get basketball practice facility built.

2.  Get a new updated Videoboard/scoreboard for Bramlage and LED Ribbon Boards at least in all 4 corners.   

3.  Realizing that a complete overhaul of the Bramlage Concourses likely isn't doable, at least a refresh. 

4.  Install a new version of FieldTurf in the Football Stadium and replace the steel railing around the field with a limestone wall.

5.  Either reconfigure the North End Video board so the video screen is larger . . . and don't give me that powerespect "wind loading" crap, the old speakers up there add thousands of pounds of weight and wind grabbing profile and those things aren't even being used anymore . . . that could all come out.    Or . . . take it down entirely and put in 2 larger video boards in Northwest and Northeast Corners of the Stadium. 

6.  Remodel the West Concourse of the football stadium. 

7.  Expand Vanier adding more space to the weight room, dressing room and adding a training table. 

8.  Build new football practice facility and new football indoor facility across the street from the Stadium.

or don't veto potentially awesome D-Coordinators because you're tucking so hard.
