“Forget about me [specifically]. Look at the way the attorney general of the United States was treated yesterday by a House committee,” Holder told the crowd. “What attorney general has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment? What president has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment?”
I can think of at least one other Attorney's General and president combo that have been treated this way by congress, but I don't remember them whining about it.

I know middle aged dads in the Wichita area who hated the fact we had a black mayor, a black police chief and a Mexican fire chief at the same time. I can only wonder what they think of the black president and his black AG.

They've voiced their displeasure and they're not in my inner circle but happened to be related to my friends.
Getting a grip on reality means accepting that yes people still do hate the idea of a black president.

Reno was pretty awful (Waco and Elian Gonzalez come to mind) but not as corrupt as Holder, and that's saying something.

Seems like Attorney General is just a position to get nailed to the wall. I would imagine it is tough to get out of there with a great reputation intact.
