Title: attn to rick daris
Post by: pissclams on March 17, 2014, 10:02:54 AM
question for you - when you give people speeding tickets does it make you feel more of a man?

have you ever gotten a ticket and had to pay it?  do you know how much that sucks?

oh boy - clams is going 50 in a 35, boner city usa folks, ticket time.  what a joke.  get a life.  just get a life and stay out of my way b/c i will not stop the next time you pull me over.  losr.

i was leaving band practice the other day for brunch at so long and i'm driving the speed limit yet who's sitting there across the street with his radar gun going  :shakesfist: at me? none other than officer dick paris. he pulled me over and said i was "doing 55 in a 54, now license and registration then step out of the car are you carrying a weapon on you i know a lot of you are" (racist) :Crybaby:

i don't know what profiled is but i can guarantee you rick daris knew it was me (he knows my car even and has followed me before)

why?  justice?  not justice today nor ever in my dealings with him.

i mean this is just too much folks. like someone is going to ticket me in the first place and then like i wouldn't just pull a string or two to get it dismissed in the second. somebody take the bottle out of clam's big hand because it's not even noon on monday and he's already level 3.

I almost started this thread a few weeks back.  I would have called it "Questions for a cop"

Anyway, I want to know if they really love giving out a ticket out on the side of a major Interstate in the middle of rush hour and thus grinding traffic to a crawl.  Is it that great to be looked at by thousands of passing motorists who hate you?

was the person who was pulled over a pretty girl or a young punk? if so, then refer to previous post.

Drivers should also know to slow down and turn on their hazard lights to show the cop that they see him, then find an exit or side road to pull off onto. Cops appreciate it for safety reasons and it doesn't cause a traffic jam for fellow citizens.

i'll also add that there are a lot of very good reasons why someone might have been pulled over like that during rush hour. drugs, warrant, expired tags just to name a few. there is honestly a lot that goes on behind the scenes that your general joe blow pizza delivery guy/girl just doesn't understand.

Got pulled over on the turnpike last month going 79 in a 75.  I am not a pretty girl or a young punk, I did not have expired tags or a tail light out, or drugs, or a warrant and I was driving a 2009 Mazda5 minivan at 10:00 in the morning on a Saturday.  Explain that one officer rick you dumb idiot.

seems like a legit reason to risk a multi car pileup during rush hour

Sorry P-clams.  The good news is that it's almost spring so you can get Clams Lawn Care, LLC up and running again to help pay your debt to society.

in fairness, there is a strong level of safety training and driving at top speed training that is far above and beyond what your normal pottowatomie county judy soccer mom commuting in on hwy24 to go work some secretary job in holton hall has.

i'm comfortable saying that your normal officer of the law is safer when he is ten above then your common every day citizen at two under.  :th_twocents:

One night me and ksuno1stunner were ding-dong-ditching rick daris's house like a bunch of studs. He kept coming out on the front porch and yelling "THIS IS A TERRORIST ACT :shakesfist:" Then we tried again and stunner got caught and none of us really heard much from him ever again :frown:

stunner did send me a nice postcard from Poland the other week though. Said he'd had lots of "drinks" from buckets with his new CIA friends. So I guess thanks to Rick Daris for helping a young man realize his dream of seeing the world, but you made gE worse in the process

At gas stations, they have all those signs that say you are supposed to turn off your car when you get gas.  But, I always see cops filling up with their car still running.   :sdeek:

Is there a special "do not blow up" device on cop cars, or have we all been mislead by big Oil?  Also, I sometimes leave my car running when I fill up in the winter time because I don't want my car to get all cold, would you (have you?) ever give someone a ticket for that?

How much has to be stolen before cops will do all the CSI stuff to solve the crime?  I had my golf clubs stolen out of my car once, and the cops laughed at me when I asked them to dust my car for finger prints.  :frown:

In college, a guy Limestone and I went to school with, we'll call him "Ted," spotted this sweet coupon deal in the collegian for a really good deal at Taco Hut.  But, when Ted got there they told him that the deal was a misprint or something and would no honor it.  It was BS.  Ted call the cops, but the cops refused to do anything.  Why wouldn't the cops bust their ass for false advertising????

-cops don't have to tell you they are cops. i laugh at this one all the time.

-police get free stuff a lot. a. lot.

-you haven't had to turn cars off to fuel up for thirty years now. not sure why anyone does it.

-there is no dollar amount. depends on the guy, how busy he is, how much resources his district has, whether or not he thinks it will make a difference, etc.

-we let businesses pretty much do whatever they want because well, they are businesses and not low life college aged pot head punks.

Off rd, this not being able to talk on your cell phone thing in mhk seems silly. I get no texting, but answering a quick call? Come on.

Also, could we have some gE code where you give us a break because we are all buds? Like when the officer comes to our car we say "how fast was I goEMAW... uh, I mean going?" You hear that and you say, "okay poet warrior, steve dave, or whoever you are, keep it under 30 next time", etc.

What do you say?

not a laughing matter. that guy should have at the very least been ticketed and at the most thrown in the poke. i'm assuming the acting officer had a lot of other things going on at the time what w/ all the drunk houligans or he would have.
