Star Wars ep 4-5.  Seen who knows how many times and I still see things in there that I've never seen before.  Especially Ep 4 Revisited by Adywan. <--If you haven't seen this, you haven't seen Star Wars.  Cleans up all the technical production mistakes, updates graphics to more modern fx, and makes some changes to the movie to make them fit more seemlessly with the others.  Ep 5 is due out in December. Available for free online.

Soooo true.  Clint is the epitome of a bad ass.  Win every fist fight by KO? Check.  Empty a .45 w/ impeccable aim w/out ever having your wrist recoil? Check.  Have every female character wanna jump you simply by staring at them?  Check.  Speak roughly 10 lines in a movie and still make it amazing?  CHECK.

Not really into film criticism.

Most reviews would consist only of, "pretty good" or "hated it".

I do get a kick out of reading what other people think of movies. This is an enjoyable thread.

There's an edition of the DVD where you go to a hidden part of the menu and it'll play the movie in "chronological" order.

Two of the biggest examples would have to be Dazed & Confused and Big Lebowski.

While I'm at it might as well throw in Office Space. All 3 didn't do jack in theaters but gained an enormous cult following.

Bottle Rocket.

I totally buy this.  Had never been able to sit through the entire thing before, but was recently sick and watched the whole movie start to finish.  Was highly enjoyable (may have been delusional from fever so cannot confirm though).

Beerfest/Super Troopers and Happy Gillmore/Billy Madison get funnier with each watch ... until you hit a wall at around 50 viewings or so.  So they qualify to a point.

I'd say my enjoyment of 2001 has roughly doubled with each subsequent viewing, though I hated it to start with so it had a lot of room to grow (now probably in my top 10).  The remake of Star Trek was pretty meh on first viewing - much better the second time (though that may not be "old" just yet).  And I guess I'll add Wonderboys just to be different.  Love that movie more and more with each viewing.
