Its not like a vote I've ever cast mattered even at all anyway.

An uncharacteristically dumb article for Reason. A few million "conservatives" decided voting didn't matter in 2012. Turns out, it did. Who knew?
Destructive policies and laws like ObamaCare are in place because people voted enough Democrats into power to run roughshod over public opinion or common sense. Elections have consequences. Elections are the result of people voting.

Didn't matter if I voted or not. It made no difference. You either.

Fewer people should vote.
-
But more people are going to vote as long as you don't ever need to prove you are who you say you are.
Oh, but wait a minute, there's never been a "documented" case of wide spread vote fraud (The Pendergast machine thrived on voter fraud with unbelievable turnouts of "registered" voters, dead or alive optional).
-
The outrage over the voter ID laws is about all the evidence you need to know there's a shitload of fraud going on.
I actually heard someone say that "requiring an ID to vote is un-american".

Really didn't want this thread to be about voter ID, or obamacare, or any of that. Everything is Left vs. Right with you guys. You can have this thread.

Your post was un-american.
FWIW, voting is a waste of time. It is important because we need it to have a government. Its actually more important as the election gets more local, unfortunately participation is inversely correlated to importance, which is sad.

Fewer people should vote.
Fewer people like you should vote. More people like me.

I don't vote, but if you want to be sure, vote twice next time

So does your vote count? Is voting for someone you don't want vote for just to vote an exercise in citizenship? Since the state will not count many write in names for President on a ballot, does such a.vote really matter? Do winner take all of a state's electorial college votes.laws negate the vote of a.person that doesn't belong to the party dominating the state? These questions are shaking my soul as a true believer. Especially now that Presidents use executive orders and such actions to create defacto laws or ignore laws.

The answer is obvsly to not look any of that up, to get angry, and to find a candidate that wants to make sure your anger towards learning is focused against those fancy learnin folks.
