what is everybody doing? i'm thinking a big chunk of velveeta w/ rotel and get this........some spicy pork sausage. what? yeah that's right. crazy, no? then also maybe some japs w/ the cream cheese and the bacon around them.

OK!
I bake a bunch of potatoes then cut them in half and scoop out the 'tater flesh and rub them in oil and salt and pepper then bake them again hotter to crisp'em.
Now fill them with bacon and Extra Sharp Cheddar and throw under the broiler to melt it. Then top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of green onions! Yum!

I'm going to dip as many different items in guacamole as I possibly can. Bacon wrapped shrimp? Yes. Little smokies? Yup. Hot wings(preferrably 2 bones but one bone is okay)? Damn right. Pizza rolls? Absolutely.

I agree with much of your post. However, I part ways with you on the hot wings being dipped into guacamole. Not under my roof.
