Doubt it.  That was absolutely awful coaching.  We had no idea what we were doing the first half, came back looking good in the second, then reverted to awful first half play within 2 minutes.  I mean Shane dribbled to the sideline, which my 5th grade bball coach taught us not to do.  Before that, we passed to Gip on the perimeter and he made a terrible pass.

Franks last year featured multiple leg pissings like Baylor 75 KSU  73 in Bramlage.  1-6 vs Drew, Hoiberg and Kruger his last year.

I think it's perfectly logical that a loss or two from two years ago should get oscar out of this one.  I mean honestly until it's all his players he is blameless.  In fact maybe we should wait until he only has players who never came into contact with the cancer causing these losses to blame a coach.

As tight as they called the game today, Frank wouldn't have had a starter on the floor at the end of the game.  Frank lost to a 19-14 WVU Huggins coached team at Intrust 2 years ago in OT.

Please explain why Frank would have won this game today genius?  I gave you an example of Franks only game vs West Virginia.  The game happen to be against a WVU team with a similar record and it was a virtual home game for us.  He lost in OT.

This thread isn't really about oscar.  It's about the Frankite fappers who want to rewrite history.   1-6 vs Drew, ISU and OU his last year plus a loss to a mediocre WVU team in front of his people.

But hey let's completely overlook that series of clusters because they beat MU and Baylor (one out of three).

Since Frank is such a closer, check out USCe's play-by-play from yesterday starting from the point they lead by 13.

I understand Frank handled the meltdown by melting down himself.

I would have benched Shane before the end of the game where he basically threw the game away. He was awful the entire game. I'm not sure if oscar should be faulted for leaving him in, though. Just about all coaches give seniors a longer leash than the rest of the team.

I always thought Frank was way too quick to bench players in many instances. If a player is just having an awful game, I would like to see him benched, though. Shane handles the ball well for a forward. He doesn't handle the ball better than most guards, though, and he really shouldn't have been handling the ball on the perimeter for a crucial possession at the end of a game that he was not playing well in.

I honestly don't think any of this game was on oscar.  The only way you can judge if Frank would have won is by what players he would have on his team.  We wouldn't have Will (good or bad thing?) still no Angel, the debate might be if we would have a 7 footer. (Diaz would probably still be around) oscar's motion seems simple and easy to defend. . .but at moments in that game it worked brilliantly.  I remember Frank's offenses being pretty atrocious, almost like a pre-requisite for being a modern era KSU coach.
