I'm sure Judge will improve before his time is done at K-State, but damn, it's been fun watching K-State fans go through what KU fans went through with Cole Aldrich in '07.

Could it be that the guy basically played on the perimeter and was allowed to attack the basket in HS.  Now he's asked to bang down low.  Seriously, his hands are almost or as bad as Colon's his freshman year.

total assumption from someone who only watches highlight films of HS players.

Lots of LBBIQ in this thread.  Wally's biggest problems come from being out of position.  He ends up fouling a lot because of it.

I was only thinking about offense.

doesn't play enough to get a feel, and when he does, he gets too aggressive and fouls. Settles for too many jumpers in the lane. Of course, this could be caused by the lack of talent. Oh and he is a freshman.

i think he's having some difficulty adjusting to all of the weight that he's put on. agree, disagree?

He is thinking too much.  He is behind in the rotation in both o and d.  Once he figures it out the game will slow down and Wally's natural talent will shine.

not really.

i'd have a hard time saying why his adjustment has been slower than some other players.  if anything he looks off balance a lot, which would indicate he's still not strong enough.

good call. all that weight that he put on over the summer/fall through weight lifting and stuff has caused him to be off balance a lot. glad to see we agree here.
