Title: Cartier Martin signs with Washington

Former Iowa Energy Player, and Kansas State Wildcat, Cartier Martin signed a contract with the Washington Wizards today. Per WHO-TV Des Moines. Cartier had been playing for Des Moines' Iowa Energy this season, and also had previous stints in Des Moines during the previous two NBA-DL seasons.

Yes it does.  He's already had 4 10-days in the league.  But it is another 10 day.

iirc Cartier is from Texas.  He should fit in nicely with their "gun-culture"

I couldn't figure out from his tweets what team he was playing for, thanks for the info.  Go Washington Bullets.
