whether they be kickbacks, bribes, thank-yous, or attaboys, the season of being bombarded with holiday treats in our offices has finally arrived!

just today we got a tin of chocolate covered pretzels AND

a tin full of chocolate and white cocolate covered popcorn! I've never had chocolate covered popcorn before, and it's great!

Got some homemade peanut brittle and chocolate peanut clusters. So damn good.

we dont buy them, they are sent by vendors and customers and whatnot

Lots of smoked meats and pies this year,  definitely a drop off from last year overall though.

Last year I got two bottles of wine and some hummus from Israel.  I was saving the wine for a special occasion but apparently over the course of the year we got drunk and somehow downed those two without realizing it.

This started about 2 weeks ago for us.  Already gotten a popcorn tin and a couple Harry and David packages.  Should be getting another tin and a wine basket at least.  Seems like a waste but we end up tossing a decent amount of the sweets since we get so many.

wells fargo dropped off like 3 baskets of cookies at my office. they were individually wrapped cookies and they were huge. like mushy in the middle and thick, big. man... so great.

ya sorry guys, bacteria is great.  just watch this (http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/hunting-the-nightmare-bacteria/) and get back to me.  or don't because you'll all be in dead from bacteria. but what a delicious 3 week old cookie dipped in shitty chocolate.  and it was free too, imagine that.
