Big Salami fan here. Big big fan. 'specially Genoa.

I also went with smoked turkey (need something that you can eat over and over and over and over on this island scenario) and corned beef.

also really like some italian sausage with fennel in it, but i don't remember what it's called.

that gourmaise is too oily for me. Still tasty though
