is that oscar weber will be responsible for dropping the nation's longest home court winning season streak. if that happens, i want him gone immediately.
:Yuck:
-
no way.
-
I don't even know what this means unless seven thinks oscar is going to wooly his way into beating ku at ku, which is just so far from possible right now that I don't even know where to go from here in my sentence.

Oh crap. If oscar beats KU this year, he's gonna be under contract here for life. Not that it is remotely possible, but the off chance terrifies me.
-
Ku would have have a terrorist event that afternoon on campus.

I believe what he's referring to is the streak related to ksu having a .500 or greater winning percentage at home. I can't remember when it was the last time we had a losing record at home in a season but it's some weird streak that we have, iirc.
-
how on earth would WE own such a streak?
-
In 2008-09, the Wildcats men's basketball team secured their 63rd straight home winning season with their win over North Dakota State on Jan. 2.

Well, crap. I wouldn't have cared about the streak ending if I hadn't learned about it just now. Now, it's basically all I care about. If oscar can keep this thing alive, he'll deserve a big raise, for sure.
-
even wooly kept "the streak" alive.

As did Asbury, FWIW. And that isn't much.
-
Oh crap, we may actually lose a record that should be a gimme to maintain.
-
it is not possible that kstate doesn't have a winning record at home this year. i looked at the schedule, and it isn't possible.

Haven't we already lost to the worst team on the schedule?

i don't think so, no.

So you're saying that it is too early for kenpom predictos? I say that it is never too early for kenpom predicos!
Note that there are lots of teams on the schedule worse than Northern Colorado! Let optimism about the ongoing home winning streak record prevail!

Actually I wouldn't be shocked at 0-3. We definitely would lose to last years Long Beach, I haven't seen them play this year though.

I like this post so much
-
Long Beach got hammered by Arizona last night, they can't shoot or guard anyone at all.
-
Even if he does lose that record this year I think you give him one more year to get his kind of guys in the system.
-
This entire season is basically about keeping the streak alive. Anything else is just gravy.

He should have been fired the day Diaz transferred.

You mean Angel right?

Angel was worse, but Diaz should have been the last straw. He has as much potential as JHR and would have been a very solid player for us. Instead, we are rotating Jack Krap in at the post.
