I was in Stillwater last weekend. You cannot buy cold beer in Oklahoma unless it is 3.2%. You can buy regular beer at room temperature. Also, I believe they stop selling at liquor stores at 8 or 9pm. Plan accordingly.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Still surprised at how many people don't believe or haven't heard about the warm beer law in OK. What a rude awakening for the NCAA tourney in 2010. Buying cold beer in a gas station like a poor? lame

Oklahoma has some pretty great laws on tinted windows. :driving:

Abe- set up a live stream of the tailgate for us to watch at Metalhead's tomorrow

You do understand the difference in alcohol by weight vs. by volume right? In many cases when you here 5.0 beer it is by volume, whereas mandated 3.2 beer is typically by weight. The 3.2 beer they sell cold is equivalent to 4.0 by volume. So while it is still less it is not as big of a difference as you think. Nothing to bitch about at least.
