We love you. Thanks for everything. But. . . it may be time. . .
Thanks again,

So we're just packing up the football program now? Because anyone with half a brain understands that once Bill leaves the best we could hope for is our own Paul Rhoades. Anyone who says differently is just deluding themselves.

We could fire Bill today and Petrino would leave Western Kentucky in the dust to be on our sidelines next week.

If we're getting CPR, I want Craig Bohl

1. Currie would never hire him
2. He would be gone as soon as he got another offer at any other BCS school

I think he will try to do anything in his power to give Sean the job. He may fake an illness to give Junior the keys to the purple tractor. Lose horribly to OSU and BU, then get "ill" and Sean to rescue beating ISU and WVU, boom he is the coach!

I wouldn't be surprised to see Iowa go after him when they finally get rid of Ferentz. Either way he won't come here.

Sean couldn't beat ISU or WVU.

Did you graduate from Kstate? How old are you and where are you from? I ask because the level of inferiority you are showing is fascinating to me.

Yeah, MixBerryCrunch is making the same argument a bunch of tards made to me when I said I wanted Wooldridge fired.

It's infinitely easier to find and keep a decent basketball coach. The fact that it took us twenty years is an embarrassment. However, most FBS schools will go years or decades with crap football coaches and then settle for ones that squeak out 6-9 wins. The fact that some of you think K-State is some sort of exception and that we will just magically find a better coach than a future hall of famer. Is just so insanely stupid that it is unbelievable. That has nothing to do with an inferiority complex. It is just a reality.

We aren't going to find somebody who replicates what Bill has accomplished, but we can easily find somebody who will outperform what Bill is going to do moving forward what with his dementia and all. Mack Brown and Bo Pelini would both be huge upgrades and they will both be available and willing to work for K-State after this season.

I'm holding out hope that Texas tanks the rest of the year and Mack Brown gets fired. I would take him in a heartbeat and we'd be lucky to have him.
-
Bill doesn't need to retire, he just needs to quit acting like the last two years didn't just happen. Or remember it.
-
GUys, maybe Sean has been running the team this season as a warmup.......that is why we look like dog crap? :dunno:
-
This season has already torpedoed Sean's hopes. They died next to Waters last night in Austin.

Well at least there's one positive.

If this is what it takes to not get Sean then maybe it's worth it, but man will it be painful to watch.

I want Bill to do the honorable thing and go down with the ship. I want him to keep coaching until he fixes this or we are dead last in the conference,
No cowardly retirement. Fix it, or be remembered as a failure forever.

So...whose the oscar webber of college football because that's who'll well get...

Snyder use to be good... Real good. However, I could have out coached him last night.

If I wasnt a seasoned veteran on this board, Id be astonished at this thread. Good thing Ive been around a while.

I figured you, of all people, would completely agree :dunno:
This thing is Bill's. His name is on the stadium, road, statue.
No quitting. He coaches this rough ridin' thing right into the depths of hell.
Under NO circumstances should LHC Bill Snyder be removed from his post. He either quits like a rough ridin' coward, or he doesn't.

Did you not see the game last night? I think K-State fans are universally thinking this right now. Most would not admit it, but it's the truth. Daniel Sams came in and Texas put 8 in the box, plus showed blitz with both corners. Sams could have closed his eyes and just threw a rainbow down the field and he would have about a 60% chance at a touchdown. Instead, we try to run read option and then just decide that the best athlete on the team should just stand on the sidelines for the entire second half.

You do realize you're talking to an Iowa State fan right? They are afraid of having expectations. They still love Dan McCarney who finished 56-85 at ISU, he had the same win percentage as Vince Gibson. The guy won 27 conference games in 12 freaking years. Could you imagine K-State fans loving a coach with a 39% winning percentage?
