Xavier L

Did Ohio State have Turner for that game? And I'm not even sure I should pull UCLA from that list.

They only beat xavier because they have a time keeper that cheats.

Our speed + depth outruns their slowness + non-depth

They may collapse the paint, but that leaves Jake and Denis open often.

I'm not going to say blowout, but I think we handle them.

If I remember correctly, X had a one point lead, but that whole last 20 seconds, X couldn't hang on to the ball and a ton of no-calls went Butlers way. Bitch refs swollowed their wistles. So off a hackjob/loose ball, Butler scored and the time-keepers let the time run out after the made basket, running the remaining 3-5 seconds off the clock without reviewing hullabaloo. Game over. Xavier got screwed, but shazbot! em. They suck anyways.

The refs actually did review it. They just made some excuse saying when Butler inbounded the ball the clock didn't start, so those 3-5 seconds that ran off "equaled everything out". In short, they used one crap call to justify another crap call.
