Put it towards firing Sean Snyder and securing Patterson as the HCIW, also recruiting efforts.

Will we be able to modify it easily to put Sean Snyder on it? Maybe it has a removable/interchangeable head?

if meth addicts steal it to sell for scrap metal we can collect insurance. saves a bit of face but still accomplishes the goal.
