Miley's newest single "We Can't Stop" harkons back to her first single announcing her arrival on the LA scene: "Party in the U.S.A."
While "We Can't Stop" obviously reflects a more mature Miley, is this new look, new sound, new 'tude reflective of Miley simply being Miley or of LA beckoning Miley to shed her Nashville boots and Nashville roots?
I will leave that question to you dear reader. But do not doubt the import of this question. It may well be the greatest ? of our time.

Pretty sure I remember her being listed as the most influential and highest earning female star, right above the twins off of Full House, a couple yrs ago. Given that clout, she simply has to be the one doing the effecting. Hollywood doesn't have a chance.

while "party in the u.s.a." was her teenage anthem, "we can't stop" is a more mature attempt at showcasing the mentality of young hollywood and struggles that they endure.
the sky is the limit for miley.

the sky is the limit for miley.
Undoubtedly.

Hollywood doesn't have a chance.
I agree, but I'm not sure that definitively answer the question. Like, does LA empower Miley to conquer LA? Like a feedback loop of awesome?

LA may have kicked this massive bolder off of the top of Mount Cyrus, but Miley's momentum is all her own now.

I love miley cyrus, like we all do. And I want whats best for her so if she wants to dance with molly that is fine.. AS long as it does not affect her abilities as a musician and lyricist. I just hope I don't have to tell my heart because I just don't think he'd understand.

If LA enables Miley to be Miley, how do we determine how credit is distributed?

miley did not land on LA. LA landed on miley. just imo.

LA can have all of the Disney days. The rest are hers. This is her house. This is her roof.

I think la is the enabler. I think we will wake up one day to a world without miley..
and thats not a world I want to live in personally..
-
She can do what she wants. She's earned it.
-
Her real friends still call her Destiny.

After Miley's performance last night, can we all agree that she is the greatest female artist of our generation?
