Guys guys guys...we're missing the point here...

THE GUY GOT PHYSICALLY RAN DOWN AND CAUGHT BY THE COPS.  :bang:

When I was in college, I was a fatass beer drinker and i've sucessfully escaped from the cops multiple times by running down the freaking street.

Better question: How hard is it to make SDSU's football team? I could use some glorified high school National Champion ring pops for bling on my hands.  :fatty:

I'm mystified that a D1AA school has fans that care enough to post on a message board.

I mean, I get that they have fans because, hey, something to do on a Saturday, but why would you invest time, energy, and emotion into a team that doesn't play for anything important?

I've never understood that.

Posted this in the original Beck thread (merger perhaps?), but it should go here as well I reckon...

Bohls is a nubbie.  Dr. Tom played felons, hid evidence of felonies, on and on and on.  So, of course the rough ridin' kid will play.

There is so much stuff swept under the rug with Bohl and his players up there, it isn't even funny...   more so than the norm.    Bohls learned from his mentor how to do this, and with the luxury of being in a small metro area where he can get away with it.  It's disgusting, but even at the pee-wee level the "win at all costs" mantra is alive and well regardless of how the kids turn out long term.

Bohl said there are currently no major injuries with his team. “Everybody we are counting on will be playing Friday the 30th,” he said.

That includes linebacker Travis Beck, who has been nursing a sore shoulder that he dealt with late last season. Bohl said he wore a strap on the shoulder and was able to participate in drills Monday.

“We anticipate he’ll be ready to go at game time,” Bohl said.
