Sure he lost one of his key players to pure bad luck, but has a No. 1 seed EVER not even made the regional final? And losing to a no-name mid-major? WOW!
Got a couple big-time Syracuse donors here at work and they are super pissed. I tried to console them by mentioning what a great regular season they had, but it was no help. They just said the regular season is nothing more than the round-robin before the important games begin. I guess the truly elite basketball schools just won't accept any excuses for a failure like that. :dunno:
