It seems to me that if we have a honey thread (which is good) we can also have a cheese thread.
I am a dedicated cheese fan. I love cheese on burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. I also like to snack on Kraft Singles, so much so that I will peel off 2 or 3 singles from a Kraft stack and eat them. Anyone else out there a serious cheese slice fan?

You know who loves cheese? Fish. But then they die when you feed a bunch to them. So I learned in my childhood.
-
bees dont puke out cheese they made from eating the pollen they store in their sweaty gym socks

huge cheese fan. along with wine and bread, it's one of my favorite vegetables.
-
Gouda is great. I usually keep a little bitty wheel in my fridge and slice off a little sliver for a late evening snack.
-
I haven't met a cheese i didn't like yet. Except Velveeta, velveeta has bit me in the ass a time or two.
:barf: (<--- this but out the ass instead)

I really enjoy goat cheese.

havarti with dill :lick:

This is something I can get behind! :excited: I love cheese! St. Marcelin is the absolute bee's knees. We don't eat enough good cheese as an appetizer or after meal treat here in the US.
-
Manchego is my go to with beer or wine.
-
oh man, if there's something i like more than honey it's just gotta be cheese

I'm a fan. Brie, goat, cheddar, pepper jack, etc. Love them all.
-
I like hard salty cheese and I'm Damn proud of it. I like hot gouda and good mozzarella for soft.

when i was a young kid (10 yrs old), i used to take two kraft american cheese slices, slap them on a paper plate, and then put them in the microwave for 50 seconds on high.
i named it "melted cheese."

One of my least favorite places on earth is the corner of Trader Joe's where people stand and ponder their artisanal cheese purchase. Cheese is just ok for the price you pay. I enjoy goat cheese.
-
I love Velveeta.
-
Bump- just to pad the post count for cheese vs that god awful stuff that bees make.
-
Kraft singles are not cheese.
-
Manchego is my go to with beer or wine.
oh man! best friends!?!
-
okay guys. you wanna do cheese right? good. here it is: chevre log (you can go with plain but i prefer honey and almond ), pour some bronco bob's chipotle mango sauce (available at world market) over it, grab some rosemary triscuits - and go to effing town.

Neither is Velveeta.

Baked Brie! What a great app or dessert!
-
Cabot used to make a very good chipolte cheddar that was fantastic in all things. Can't find it for the last three months though
Also, huge fan of brie.

First thought when I saw the thread was manchego. Glad others know how great it is.
Velveeta has its uses but is weird. Also really enjoy smoked Gouda.

No love for some edam? Feta is another good one not mentioned yet.
I don't think I've had Limburger but I could probably get behind it.
-
Oh man, I had some Wisconsin cheese curd last night!
It squeeks!
