Title: reading pdf's

anybody know how to make a bookmark while reading a really long pdf file?  or is there a different pdf reader besides adobe that can do that?

Write on a post it note what page you were on and stick it on your computer?  :dunno:

I am not sure that I own a pen or paper. It's 2013.
