mexican meatloaf>

-1 lb. ground chuck
-2 tbspoon hotsauce
-diced onions(optional)
-1 99 cent bag doritos spicy nacho flavor, crushed/ground
-1 tpsn oil
-season with basil salt and pepper.
-top with ketchup or salsa and cheddar cheese

steps:
1.combine ground chuck, hotsauce, and crushed doritos in bowl. work with your hands(use gloves if you want) like you would a pizza dough. when its nice and blended, return to bowl. preheat oven to 350.
2.apply 1 tbspn oil to coat the pan.
3.press meatloaf into an even consistency in pan.
4.season the top with basil and salt and pepper. just a llittle will do
5.place in oven. check every ten minutes. you will notice when it is done that the juices begin to foam/bubble on the top and run clear. slice the middle and check to make sure its completely cooked.
6. when it has cooked thoroughly, apply the ketchup or salsa, whichever you prefer.
7. now top it with the cheddar.
8. cook until cheese is melted.
9.serve with grilled tortillas/ or chips
