Title: Random NCAA facilities question: arenas
Post by: Cartierfor3 on March 24, 2013, 10:38:01 PM
I noticed at Sprint Center they had a quick trip. I got a slurpee, a southwest chicken wrap, and some cookies, for like $7. So my question is, was this because Quick Trip is the title sponsor of the tourney? Do they install these at every site?

Man those slushies are a great value (i believe Slurpee is trade marked by 7-11, watch yourself, we don't need trade mark heat around here)

the quik trip has always been at the sprint center. Was this your first trip to the sprint center? I like to get coffee there.

You were about 50 feet from that QT when you had your first Trim encounter.

Monster Rehab. There's no carbonation. It's like drinking extra caffeinated tea.

That reminds me, the concessions in the OOD are garbage, just horrible. I don't know why KSU Cat fans tolerate it. They should put in a BWW there, or something.

There might be a day in the next 5 years where that or something similar could very well happen.   It just depends on who/which entity wants to step up and make that happen, probably co-mingled amongst a whole bunch of hospitality/administrative amenities.

On the other hand, I would miss the stale nachos and $5 stale gray hotdogs.

I don't think that existed the last time I was at the Sprint Center, and I doubt they'd sell them anyway. But good tip.

Tear into a can of the meanest energy supplement on the planet, Monster Energy.

It’s the ideal combo of the right ingredients in the right proportion to deliver the big bad buzz that only Monster can.

Monster packs a powerful punch but has a smooth easy drinking flavor.

Athletes, musicians, anarchists, co-ed’s, road warriors, metal heads, geeks, hipsters, and bikers dig it - you will too.

Sounds like you're included in their target audience.  I bet that stuff is all over Frisco - ironically.
