dean of eng. college follows michael smith to arkansas
Friends and colleagues:
I’d like to take this opportunity to personally tell you I have accepted
the position as dean of engineering at the University of Arkansas,
effective July 1, 2013.
As with any decision of this nature, there are mixed emotions, and while I
have enjoyed my tenure tremendously here in Manhattan, I believe this
return to my alma mater is the right move at this time.
It has been a pleasure to work with you over the years—K-State engineering
has such a marvelous team of faculty and staff. Thank you for your
consistent and untiring support of the college, and the wonderful
friendship extended to Elizabeth and me—we will not forget it.
Be assured I will not make my departure before establishing a strong
setting of continuity for the college, and I hope I can count on you in
this endeavor as well.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
John
I thought he was pretty good :dunno:
-
smell you later, loser
-
I don't think he will be friends with that worthless drunk
-
Not surprised
-
I'm stunned Pig Aggies can spell Engineering let alone have college for it. I hope John checked to make sure it isn't railroad school.
-
Up and coming moonshine engineering department.
-
are we sure it's not a social engineering school? very :opcat: down there... :ohno:
-
Dude was a total stud. Glad to have him, wish him well.
-
He looked like Aslan
-
he could never live up to Dean Rathbone's stature
-
Apparently Arkansas is his Alma mater.
