3. Oklahoma State (13 - 5)
4. Oklahoma (11 - 7) Defeated Iowa State based on record against #9 teams.
5. Iowa State (11 - 7) Lost to Oklahoma based on record against #9 teams.
6. Baylor (9 - 9)
7. Texas (7 - 11)
8. West Virginia (6 - 12)
9. Texas Tech (3 - 15)
10. TCU (2 - 16)

we get the winner of ut/tcu, which should be pud. then back on the horse for the osu/bu winner.
