Rosetta Stone?
Small Group Classes?
College Courses?
Find others who speak it?

Yes. I prefer it to Rosetta. It kind of mimics immersion. If you're wanting to write in a foreign language, it's probably not the best. But if you're wanting to be able to converse quickly, it's great.
