I'm scared our guys will get intimidated by the craziness of how jacked up Thunderstruck gets the students/fans in Lawrence. They love AC/DC so hard they want to marry it. When they crank that up the entire crowd does the "AHAHAHAHAAHAAAA THUNDER!" over and over and bang their long hair heads around and smell up the place and yell the F word over and over. Our guys may get a little freaked out by it being from Manhattan where we don't get a lot of AC/DC playing at max volume and swearing and boo'ing and stuff.

Easily the most intimidating tradition in college basketball.

Sometimes they let it play just a bit into actual game play.

"YOU'VE BEEN...pause (whistle blows to resume play) ..THUNDERSTRUCK !!!!"

I bet it causes at least 1 turnover
