and understand what will likely happen using Iraq as our guide.  The U.S. is actually sending regular troops BACK to Iraq because of all the upheaval in Syria (created in part if not whole but Executive Order of the Obama Administration together with the CIA/Western Intelligence . . . still pining and angling for their tried and true "humanitarian intervention"). 

Irregular troops i.e. State's sizable contractor army and other hired guns financed by the U.S. gov't still reside in significant numbers in Iraq.

I got through the first bit and either Karzai is a complete Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) or the authors and his sources are complete retards.  Being that Karzai has played us before, I'm thinking its the author and his sources.
